Free Shipping
COWGIRL offers Free Shipping on an order $50.00 or over, using a variety of shipping services that are most appropriate for size and fastest delivery, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
COWGIRL does not require a signature of an adult over the age of 18 upon delivery.
Customers will receive a tracking number within a maximum of 48 hours of purchase , excluding weekends.
COWGIRL does offer shipping to PO Box; however, you must select USPS shipping option as shipment by any other option is not available to PO Boxes.
UPS Ground is a flat fee of $10 for domestic orders only. (Does not include Hawaii or Alaska.)
Typically, a standard delivery takes 4-6 business days. However, it may vary of shipping carrier and shipping distance. It is not guaranteed against acts of nature or third-party shipper error.
Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.
These options will be available and calculated at final check-out.
International Shipping
COWGIRL accepts online orders for international shipment. Customers must select international shipping option, or their order will be canceled and refunded. It is the customers responsibility to cover all duty fees and taxes for international purchases.
Please allow up to 48 hours for international orders to be processed, excluding weekends.

Registered customers: Please sign in to access web order status and history.
Guest customers: Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information by email or by phone.
Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond quickly and accurately.
Address Validation
To protect our customers against fraud, we will verify all billing and delivery addresses before we ship any online orders. If your billing and delivery addresses do not match, we may require additional information to process your order.
